Each year we are approached by school districts and various partners nationally who support them to white glove a high volume of notebooks. As an example of the typical requests for white glove and imaging devices service we provide, below is the scenario for one such project.

  • Receive 30,000 Lenovo Chromebooks into US based warehouse
  • Custom etch the school district’s logo as well as sequential asset tag ID
  • Google Enrollment and OS update of all Chromebooks
  • Record and report on asset tag and serial number for each device
  • Bulk pack all Chromebooks and ship to 36 individual locations
  • Provide tracking and notification for each shipment

Very much similar to the case study mentioned earlier, we were approached by a partner looking to support their end customer who also happened to be in the education space. Below is another example of a  request we actioned for a school district, this time, for staff members as opposed to student devices.

  • Receive two batches of 5,000 Windows notebooks each into US based warehouse
  • Unbox the and perform power on audit to confirm condition.
  • Pull hardware ID, enroll into customer tenant, and assign profile
  • Run Windows Autopilot for pre-provisioning
  • Bulk pack all Windows notebooks and ship to a single location
  • Provide tracking and notification for the shipment
