When you want to display a presentation, you can try Conference Pad to show those in PDF format, and can even conduct the presentations simultaneously between other iPads. If you’re projecting the presentation via a VGA adapter that you’ve added to your rental, you can also use apps like Keynote that present in a PowerPoint format. Displaying video is also possible by more than just streaming, but can be converted into an iPad friendly format stored on the tablet through Air Video.
A fun addition to consider is the iPrizeWheel which allows attendees to “spin the wheel.” The best part- this app is easy to customize to fit your organization’s brand.
